Need general help on email notifications
Hello,
The previous person who started the dotProject for our company has left and there is no one who knows anything of the inner workings of this software (other than how to start and edit projects). I'm not entirely sure how to view the different versions or modules as well. We have been using it to track jobs that we are sending to other companies, but when we do create jobs, there are times when the email notification fails to send to some people on the list. Are there any suggestions on possible issues? Thanks a whole bunch!! Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

The obvious one to start off with is that email notifications aren't sent to the person creating things (as we assume they know they've done it

Thanks Karen!
The thing is, the company has been using this service for a couple of years already, and so far it is only the past couple of months that this issue started appearing. We would have certain projects where everyone on the list is notified, while we would have some where only some were notified. Kinda sporadic. Can there be issues regarding memory limits? Or maybe issues regarding sending emails out to different email servers from dotProject?
