How to upgrade old version 1.121.4.16 to new 2.X
Hey, is there any way to upgrade my old version of dotProject to the newest one?

That number is not a dotproject version number, but a file revision number. Check to see if you have a file includes/version.php, if so, that will show the version of dP and you can just use the normal upgrade path. If not you may have a pre 2.x version, in which case you can still upgrade, just follow the normal upgrade path, but it would be wise to take a backup first. Check the installation docs.
